Our company specializes in the production of automatic or semiautomatic production lines. We build complex lines from scratch in every possible configuration - depending on customer needs:
- Lines for mixing and packaging of bulk materials based on cement, adhesives for building services, plaster,
- Lines for the expansion of Perlite,
- Lines for the production of fertilizers,
- Lines for drying sand.

We produce complete line for drying sand and aggregates. Dryers are equipped with oil and gas burners - depending on the customer’s needs. Line dry from 5 - 30 tonnes per hour depending on the type and how wet the material is.
We provide lines for the manufacture of fertilizers, depending on the needs of the technological process.
The production of our fertilizer lines includes a buffer tank, transportation corridors, granulators, dryers, packing machines and other devices, depending on the individual customer’s needs.
Our lines can be fully automated and consist of the following elements:
- Shredder Dispensing
- Screening Reel
- Weighing dispenser for peat
- Gravimetric feeders additives (Vermiculite, Perlite, fertilizers, depending on customer needs)
- Mixer
- Packing into plastic bags.
Efficiency of the production lines of peat substrates is from 10m3 to 20m3 / phr.
We build lines for the transporting of loose materials such as screw conveyors, belt and aeration gutters.
We do main repairs on all different types of lines: the manufacture of adhesives and mortars, dry sand, Perlite explanation. We repair our equipment as well as many devices and machinery made by other manufacturers.
